Building Better Communities Through Stronger Partnerships

This event is being held at GMCVO, St Thomas Centre, Ardwick Green North, Manchester M12 6FZ on 15 June 2010. Building Better Communities Through Stronger Partnerships” is a free half-day workshop to share good practice in partnership working between the voluntary and public sectors.
In this participatory event you will explore better partnerships, discuss how the Compact between the public and voluntary sector can be used to deliver better ways of working, and refresh your vision for how working together can improve lives and build communities. In table discussions, you’ll generate practical actions to take away and implement. The event will be led by the North West Regional Leader, Cath Cook.

• Representatives from Local Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, and other public bodies
• Parliamentarians, Commissioners and
