The Charities Bill will not receive royal assent before the election, it has been confirmed.

A New Programme Citizens for Europe

On 6 April 2005 the European Commission adopted a proposal for a new programme called Citizens for Europe 2007 - 2013. This Programme will take over the current programme coming to an end in 2006.
