Local agencies often find it difficult to understand how their different contributions fit together into a delivery chain. They can even be hindering each other’s efforts. This Delivery Chain Toolkit provides local strategic partnerships (LSPs) and their partners with the materials to plan and run delivery chain analysis workshops.

The Government has created a £1 billion Future Jobs Fund to which Local Authorities and other organisations can bid to create around 150,000 new jobs.

The government’s £15 million Real Help for Communities: Targeted Support Fund (grants element) has opened. Small charities, which offer vital local services to those most in need during the recession can come forward and get their hands on essential funding.
