The £16.7m Hardship Fund, announced by the Chancellor in the Budget, will be delivered by the Community Development Foundation. The Hardship Fund will provide grant support to third sectorⁱ organisations in England delivering front-line services to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society that have been affected by the recession.
