Business Minister sets out goals for the Skills Funding Agency

The Skills Funding Agency is the new agency set up by the government to fund and regulate adult skills training in England. They have taken over the work of the Learning and Skills Council, which closed on 31 March 2010. This includes acting as a Co-Financingi organisation in the North West ESFi Programme.

The Secretary of State for Business at the Department for Business recently wrote to the Chief Executive of the Skills Funding Agency to outline the Coalition Governments priorities for skills. For further information please visit: Funding Letter for Skills Funding Agency
