Change to Leader+ Programme
The European Commission has amended the 2000 guidelines for the Leader+i Community Initiative Programme. The changes cover transnationali co-operation between Member States. Co-operation will now be opened up to areas selected under the first and second phase of Leader or areas organised according to the Leader approach and recognised by the Member State. Only activities involving territories selected under Leader+ will be eligible for EU funding, although expenditurei on ongoing activities will be eligible in all the areas concerned.
