Developing the Voluntary & Community Sector - ChangeUp Report

The ability of the voluntary and community sector (VCSⁱ) to help drive improvements in public services was boosted today with the publication of ChangeUp, the Home Office framework for capacity buildingⁱ and infrastructure development in the VCS. ChangeUp was developed in collaboration with the voluntary and community sector and sets out what needs to happen to strengthen and change infrastructure if frontline organisations are to get the support they need.
