Ethnic Minorities Create a United Voice

Fourteen ethnic minority organisations have united to create Warrington Ethnic Community Association – WECA. Together WECA will be working in partnership to ensure that the needs and wishes of local ethnic minority communities are taken into account when decisions are being made.
