European Cities Join up to Share Best Practice
The most important regional capitals across the continent are set to come together under a Europe-wide umbrella in a project proposed by England’s Core Cities group. The group, which represents the interests of the largest English cities outside London – Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield – wants to branch out across Europe so that best practice in regeneration and economic development can be learned across the continent.
