A European Spring? Conference - March 2012
As part of the series of events delivered under the framework of the Office for Civil Society Europe Strategic Partners, co-led by Euclid Network and NCVO, Network for Europe took part in the European Spring conference which aimed to shape the European Social Innovation and Social Business Agenda.
The event explored new opportunities for civil society organisations and social enterprise in the UK to engage with the European agenda to foster an enabling environment for the sector. This was an opportunity to take part and define the priorities for British civil society.
Speakers at the event included Nick Hurd MP, Minister for Civil Society and Grégoire Schoeller from the European Commission, along with a wide variety of representatives from civil society organisations across the UK.
