Leadership Challenge

This two day course will be held at the YHA Manchester, Potato Wharf, Castlefield, Manchester, M3 4NB.
The aim of this course is designed to help you to identify the key leadership behaviours that will help you to be more effective in your role as a manager.
For Senior managers in any size of organisation. By the end of this course participants will:

  • Understand the distinction between management and leadership;
  • Have identified the key responsibilities of a leader;
  • Identify the key actions that leaders take in order to be effective;
  • Know a range of tools and techniques which help leaders in achieving the objectives of the organisation; and
  • Understand their own leadership style and how it will impact on others.

  • Exploring how leaders communicate effectively
  • When to lead and when to manage
  • Personal leadership styles
  • Identifying key processes in leadership
  • Learning how to enable others to achieve
