Providers will be expected to report to their project manager on the progress of achieving the outputs and outcomes specified within the contract. Projects that are deemed to be not performing satisfactorily will be subject to remedial action.
Providers will be expected to complete management information returns. Returns will include information at a beneficiary level and will be in line with nationally set requirements and the requirements as laid down by funders. Applicants should note that projects funded through Objective 3i will require providers to collect and collate Individual Learner Records (ILR) and Short Event Records (SER). The exact details will be discussed with the provider and will form part of the contractual arrangements.
Providers will be expected to retain original invoices and management information returns, plus all other documentation necessary to verify services, for at least three years following the programme closure report.
