VAT Changes

The Charity Commission has produced a briefing on the changes in VAT rules from 1 June for cultural/heritage bodies which charge admission fees. Some new organisations will be seen as 'eligible bodies' in terms of VAT exemption, which means they won't be able to charge or reclaim VAT in this area.
